Ingredients:
1 cup lukewarm water 1/3 cup lukewarm milk 3 tbsp butter 3 tbsp sugar 3 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1.5 tsp salt 1.5 tsp yeast
Instructions:
Mix all together in bread machine. Takes ~3 hours.
Taken from King Arthur’s flour website. Use 1.5 lb setting with medium crust on white bread.
