1 lb ground beef 1/2 stick butter 3 tbsp flour 1 can evaporated milk (and one can water and two cans milk) 1 tbsp salt 1 tsp pepper 2 tsp beef bouillon (more to taste)
Cook ground beef and drain. Push to side of pan. In the same pan, melt butter and add flour to make a paste. Mix paste into ground beef. Add remaining ingredients and cook until thick.
