2 cans salmon, drained and deboned 1/2 cup cornmeal 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (Italian preferred) 3 eggs, mixed 1/4 cup mayo 1/4 tsp garlic and onion powder

Mix everything together and form into patties. (If too dry, add mayo. If too wet, cornmeal). Fry in oil/butter for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve with a mayo-sriracha sauce. get 1-2 cups mayo and add sriracha sauce (about 3 tbsp) until medium pink.
